Service Description

Our virtual couples counselling service provides a convenient and confidential platform for couples to work through any relationship issues they may be experiencing, from the comfort of their own home. Our licensed therapists specialise in evidence-based couples therapy and work with you and your partner to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and build stronger and more fulfilling relationships. Through our virtual sessions, you and your partner will have the opportunity to learn effective communication skills, gain deeper understanding of each other's needs and perspectives, and work towards common goals. Our goal is to help you and your partner build a stronger and more loving relationship that lasts.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session provided, you will need to give plenty of notice (and not less than 24 hours), we will do our best to accommodate this and offer you an alternative time or date. However, if this is not possible, the full fee will be charged for the missed session. Cancellation of an appointment or failure to show up for an appointment will also incur the full fee. We will give you as much notice as possible if we are unable to make a session. If we need to miss your session because of illness, we will give you as much notice as possible and will try to offer you an alternative time. Sessions missed due to our unavailability, are not charged for.
