Life Coaching

Group Coaching
'Being in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing, with the right people.'
A six-week course that is more structured than the personal 1-2-1 coaching. Although a less intimate approach, it is nonetheless still as effective.
Group coaching (no more than 6 in a group) allows the individual to work alongside the others and see their own progression. Having other members in the group can bring a bigger vision or variety and be less focused on the individual.
The goal is still the same in making the vision/dream an expected reality, using the tools set out in the sessions. A workbook is provided to keep the client on track with the steps needed to move out of their comfort zone and into their adventure zone!
