A six-week course that is more structured than the personal 1-2-1 coaching. Although a less intimate approach, it is nonetheless still as effective.
Group coaching (no more than 6 in a group) allows the individual to work alongside the others and see their own progression.
Having other members in the group can bring a bigger vision or variety and be less focused on the individual.
The goal is still the same in making the vision/dream an expected reality, using the tools set out in the sessions. A workbook is provided to keep the client on track with the steps needed to move out of their comfort zone and into their adventure zone!

A 1-2-1 discussion via video call for an hour each week. Each session is designed to move deeply into the mindset and thought processes behind decision-making that so often inhibit and constrain us.
We look at how we can move into a new mindset by looking at strategies and tools that can help people move out of their comfort zone and visualise the dreams and goals that they want for life.
The client will need to take an active role in changing their future and so is given steps to do each session. This coaching has no time limit but is down to the instruction of the client as to the longevity of the course. Some may only want a few sessions, while others want mentoring through a 6 or 12-month period.
Life Coaching for individuals and small groups
Life coaching is a process of personal development in which a trained professional, called a life coach, helps individuals identify and achieve their personal and professional goals. Life coaching sessions typically involve conversation, goal-setting, and action planning to help clients gain clarity, develop strategies, and overcome obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their desired outcomes.
