Our virtual counselling service provides a secure and confidential online platform for individuals to connect with licensed therapists and receive mental health support from the comfort and privacy of their own homes. Our qualified and experienced counsellors offer a range of evidence-based therapies to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, loneliness, anger and relationship issues. Whether you're dealing with a specific issue or just need someone to talk to, our virtual counselling service is here to help you prioritise your mental well-being.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session provided, you will need to give plenty of notice (and not less than 24 hours), we will do our best to accommodate this and offer you an alternative time or date. However, if this is not possible, the full fee will be charged for the missed session. Cancellation of an appointment or failure to show up for an appointment will also incur the full fee. We will give you as much notice as possible if we are unable to make a session. If we need to miss your session because of illness, we will give you as much notice as possible and will try to offer you an alternative time. Sessions missed due to our unavailability, are not charged for.
