Under 18s Therapy
Supporting Children and Young People
Growing up can be challenging. From school pressures and friendship issues to family changes and emotional struggles, young people face a lot, and sometimes they need extra support.
Our Under 18s Counselling provides a safe, safe space for children and teenagers to talk about what’s on their mind. Sessions are led by trained counsellors who specialise in working with young people, using age-appropriate approaches to help them feel comfortable and understood.
We offer sessions online across the UK and in-person in Mallorca.
For Parents – Signs Your Child or Teen May Benefit from Counselling
It’s not always easy to tell when a young person is struggling, but you may notice:
-
Sudden changes in mood or behaviour
-
Withdrawal from friends or activities they used to enjoy
-
Difficulty concentrating or a drop in school performance
-
Trouble sleeping or changes in eating habits
-
Increased anxiety, anger, or irritability
-
Talking about feeling hopeless or worthless
If you’ve noticed any of these signs, counselling can provide your child with a safe outlet and healthy coping tools.
For Young People – Asking for Help
If you’re reading this and wondering whether counselling could help, you’re not alone. You might feel worried about talking to your parents or unsure about what to say, that’s normal.
You could start by saying something like:
“I’ve been finding things hard lately and I think it might help to talk to someone.”
Our counsellors will listen without judgement, help you make sense of your feelings, and work with you at your pace.
