We provide online 1-2-1 therapy across the UK and in-person sessions in Mallorca, making it easy to access the support you need, wherever you are.

1-2-1 Therapy: Pricing
We recommend starting with a minimum of four sessions to allow time for trust to build and progress to take shape. Sessions should be taken over consecutive weeks where possible.
