Dare To Be You is an 8-week online programme for those who want to change but feel unsure where to start. If you’ve reached a point in life where you’re asking, “Is this really it?” or you feel like you’ve lost sight of who you are, this course offers clarity, direction and a safe space to reconnect with yourself. Across eight live online evening sessions, you will explore: • your identity beneath the roles and expectations • your values and what actually matters to you now • the strengths that come naturally to you • the boundaries you need in order to feel balanced • the dreams and ideas you’ve ignored for too long Guided by Imke, who rebuilt her own life after leaving a 20-year medical career, the online format gives you structured personal development without needing to travel. Join from home, connect with a supportive group of women, and take each week step by step. If you’re looking for a grounded, practical and deeply human programme that helps you realign your life with who you truly are, this course is the right place to begin.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session provided, you will need to give plenty of notice (and not less than 24 hours), we will do our best to accommodate this and offer you an alternative time or date. However, if this is not possible, the full fee will be charged for the missed session. Cancellation of an appointment or failure to show up for an appointment will also incur the full fee. We will give you as much notice as possible if we are unable to make a session. If we need to miss your session because of illness, we will give you as much notice as possible and will try to offer you an alternative time. Sessions missed due to our unavailability, are not charged for.
