Service Description
Dare To Be You is an 8-week in-person programme designed for those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. If you’ve been functioning instead of living, or you sense that something inside you is ready to shift, this course gives you the space, structure and support to reconnect with who you are. Over eight guided sessions at The Gap Café in Son Caliu, you will explore: • who you are beneath the roles you play • the values and strengths that genuinely define you • the boundaries you need in order to feel whole again • the dreams and goals you’ve put aside • how to make honest, courageous decisions that actually fit your life Hosted by Imke, a former cardiologist who rebuilt her life from the inside out, this course offers deep reflection, meaningful discussion and a grounded, compassionate environment. The in-person format is ideal if you want face-to-face connection, shared group energy and a quiet space away from your day-to-day environment. If you’re ready to step out of autopilot and step back into yourself, this course will help you move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session provided, you will need to give plenty of notice (and not less than 24 hours), we will do our best to accommodate this and offer you an alternative time or date. However, if this is not possible, the full fee will be charged for the missed session. Cancellation of an appointment or failure to show up for an appointment will also incur the full fee. We will give you as much notice as possible if we are unable to make a session. If we need to miss your session because of illness, we will give you as much notice as possible and will try to offer you an alternative time. Sessions missed due to our unavailability, are not charged for.
